Crescent Nob Hill opens and starts public sales this week, marking the first new large-scale residential development in the neighborhood in decades. The boutique luxury condominium development by Grosvenor Americas sits atop Nob Hill with 44 custom residences. The building was designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects — the first multifamily residential building in San Francisco for the noted architect — and features interiors by Champalimaud Design.
